Joanne Claassen Joseph- Trustee
The Luca Foundation is close to my heart. No mother should lose a child and witnessing friends go through this tremendous heartbreak is so incredibly sad. The Luca Foundation enables parents to hold their baby just that little bit longer by providing cuddle cots to hospitals around the UK.
Sandra Garlick MBE- –Trustee
I truly admire Sharon for speaking out about Luca, and sharing her story about baby loss so openly to highlight the Charity and its aims. Luca’s legacy lives on through the work Sharon is doing, and the vital funds the Charity raises to support parents and families. I am honoured and delighted to be a Trustee of The Luca Foundation.
Michelle Leivars- Trustee
I am absolutely honoured to be asked to be a Trustee for The Luca Foundation. Sharon is an inspirational lady, her drive and passion to help other families is commendable. Through her own pain and loss she is dedicating her life to giving parents the gift of time, the gift of making memories, that is truly remarkable. Thankyou to The Luca Foundation for having me on board, I am passionate about helping to make a difference in people’s lives and the values and ethos of Sharon and her team are incredible, something I feel so blessed to be a part of

Losing a child is the most painful moment, but it is a moment that you carry for the rest of your life. I am determined to try and bring any comfort possible to grieving parents and to help Midwifery teams train to support those parents in the very worst hours of their life.
